Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. The customer is offered a 30 day trial of the WorkCRM platform and has the option to cancel before the end of the trial period or to continue using WorkCRM on a paid subscription.

2. After the trial period, the customer agrees to pay the fees set out in the price list in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein.

3. Payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Payment disputes. If Customer wishes to dispute any charges or is dissatisfied with our SaaS platform, Customer must notify Alexand Corporation at sales@workcrm.eu within seven (5) days of the date of the charge.

5. Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances:

5.1. Repeated disruption to the WorkCRM platform due to error, software failure or cyber attack.

5.2. Prolonged downtime of the WorkCRM platform which prevents the customer from working.

5.3. Termination of Customer’s subscription by WorkCRM at Alexand Corporation’s sole discretion or without cause.

6. The Customer hereby agrees not to make or request any chargebacks or reversals for any subscription after the trial period. And the Customer agrees not to hold Alexand Corporation and its integration partners responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any such chargeback.
